Later versions of IE require a registry fix to use Qplug (included in this zip)

Simply extract the qplug dll to your IE \plugins folder, run the registry fix, then restart IE and the below windows will show the info for the PKA servers. Clicking on the options button will let you configure it to connect you to the game directly.
